DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE Fit and Roll

Info Covid-19 : Our logistic center ensures the shipments. Hygiene measures have been taken for several months to ensure the protection of your health, in accordance with the recommendations of the WHO and the government.

 

Our goal is your satisfaction.

 

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt of your package. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your delivery, we are generally unable to offer a refund or exchange.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There must be a noticeable malfunction (not a problem with your smartphone for example)



Perishable products such as gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery - Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.



If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.



Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at Team.Fitandroll@gmail.com

 

EXCHANGES : (if applicable)

 

We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at Team.Fitandroll@gmail.com .

 

RETURNS : (if applicable)


To return your product, you must contact us at Team.Fitandroll@gmail.com



You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.



Upon request, we can (possibly) provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.



If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
